As an HR Manager at Nestlé’s Karachi Factory, you will serve as a strategic bridge between Human Resources and Factory Management, ensuring smooth people operations, compliance, and engagement.
You’ll be responsible for leading performance management, developing talent pipelines, ensuring legal compliance, and strengthening workplace culture aligned with Nestlé’s Management & Leadership Principles.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, HRM, or Organizational Psychology (HEC-recognized).

5–8 years of hands-on experience in HR, Industrial Relations, or Talent Management.

Strong understanding of employment law, compensation frameworks, and organizational design.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing business needs.

Experience working in a matrix or FMCG environment (preferred).
